CLT has managed transport logistics for weddings at Dubai's most iconic venues, MICE events at ADNEC and the World Trade Centre, corporate galas in DIFC and Downtown, and product launches across the UAE's most exclusive hospitality spaces.
For weddings, we offer decorated vehicles — flowers, ribbons, and interior styling on request — as well as red carpet arrival setups co-ordinated with your venue team. A dedicated event coordinator from CLT is available for events of 10 or more vehicles.
For corporate events, our operations team works with your event planner in the weeks before to confirm attendee numbers, flight schedules, venue timings, and contingency plans. On the day, real-time coordination ensures no guest is left waiting.

Service Inclusions
Wedding Transport Packages
Bespoke wedding packages include the bridal vehicle (decorated to brief), vehicles for the wedding party, and coordinated guest transfers between the ceremony and reception venues.
Vehicle Decoration
White floral arrangements, ribbons, and custom signage can be arranged for wedding and celebration vehicles. Decoration brief is confirmed with your CLT event coordinator in advance.
Red Carpet Arrivals
CLT coordinates red carpet arrival logistics with your venue team — staggered arrivals, vehicle staging, and photography timing — to ensure each arrival is a moment, not a bottleneck.
Airport Guest Collections
For events with guests arriving on different flights across multiple days, CLT manages staggered airport collections — with each guest receiving a private meet-and-greet and a direct transfer to the event hotel.
Dedicated Event Coordinator
For events of 10 or more vehicles, a dedicated CLT event coordinator is assigned to work with your team from briefing through to event day, managing all transport logistics in real time.
MICE and Conference Transport
For conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events, CLT designs a full transport plan — shuttle routes between hotels and venues, VIP transfers, and contingency vehicles — submitted in writing for approval ahead of the event.

Event transport pricing depends on vehicle type, number of vehicles, event duration, decoration requirements, and whether a dedicated event coordinator is required. All events are quoted individually following a brief consultation. We recommend engaging CLT at least 4–6 weeks in advance for large events to ensure full vehicle availability.
